Fellow FeelingMerchant of countless jollies,
She's a sylph you hear in stories,

In the orb of night she lights in,
My room to salvage my chagrin,

But otherwise she looks tonight,
Not in her natural state of delight,

Who hides under those eyelashes?
Trophonian child in sackcloth and ashes,

Tearfully bathed in all her grace,
Come to me she has for solace,

Is it fair for me to bestow comfort,
When my own heart needs support?

But soon she enlightens the burden,
As she knows I'm likewise fallen,

To cry together she tells me,
United in sorrow let us be,

We delve into tears amaranthine,
Till dawn when hearts stop to pine,

Horse's MiseryI'm a horse with a severed leg,
Of master's helping hand I beg,
But he doesn't seem to worry,
About this poor horse's misery,

I've been neighing all day,
In my little stable made of hay,
Telling them that I bleed,
I'm sad they pay no heed,

Before I was a happy horse,
Now I'm full of remorse,
My rider learnt not the ropes,
But rode me on steep slopes,

Master cares not about my injury,
He looks not a bit sorry,
Of the knacker I hear him talk,
But I've got no right to balk,

I've got a very odd master,
Could it be any sweeter?
He's having me beheaded,
Rather than my wound tended,

By the way she seduces,

She's an aphrodisia,
Draws you in euphoria,

She's Lady of the evening,
The one you've been wanting.

Lady CharadeAloof she may be,
But her frailty you don't see,
At day solemn she appears,
At night like Niobe all tears,

Under her mask of stoicism,
She's a portrait of narcissism,
But her words betray her heart,
That is slowly breaking apart,

From acquaintance to friend,
A helping hand you did extend,
But from confidant to lover,
Her feelings you failed to discover,

You left her in Gordian knot,
To untie herself she knew not,
For then her heart had no chastity,
It crossed the lines of mere amity,

Cruel Cupid bathes her in tears,
Bow and arrow cut like spears,
But she now learns to retaliate,
From Hubris how to be sedate,
